This position works in conjunction with the scrum master on Agile projects and is a single point of contact on non-Agile projects for communications and problem escalation.&nbsp; This position seeks methods to leverage resources and knowledge to benefit the customer and stakeholders.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 107%;\"><strong>Position Responsibilities- Other duties may be assigned:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 51.47px;\"><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Leverages project management and agile software development methodologies to significantly increase the frequency and timeliness of delivering new application capabilities.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Facilitates clear and consistent communication about schedule, tasks, resources, and budgets to ensure the optimal function of development teams in delivering new capabilities and non-development teams in delivering new business initiatives.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Communicates with management and team members and employs strong resolve to keep teams accountable to defined processes and agreed upon priorities.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Demonstrates strong planning, cost analysis, and capacity analysis skills to anticipate frequent customer and management course corrections</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Recommends process improvements, exceptional motivational skills to maintain team's focus and morale</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Works successfully with all levels of the organization internally and partners externally.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Partners effectively with the scrum master on full Agile projects and is capable of serving as scrum master and project manager on small Agile practices projects.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Acts as the primary interface with third party contractors and customers.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">This position has direct reports.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Works with distribution channels to develop and execute pricing, packaging and promotional activities.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 107%;\"><strong>Position Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 51.47px;\"><li><p style=\"line-height: 11.65pt;\"><span>Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 11.65pt;\"><span>Minimum of five years of project management experience in Business, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field of study with proven ability to deliver results on large-scale projects is required</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 11.65pt;\"><span>High-level of knowledge regarding Project Management methodology, tools and techniques, as well as Agile methodologies and practices&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 11.65pt;\"><span>Effective communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 11.65pt;\"><span>Advanced understanding of corporate environment and objectives and ability to propose solutions for their achievement&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 11.65pt;\"><span>Effective use of project methodology and continuous improvement of technical/team processes&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 11.65pt;\"><span>Ability to run effective meetings and provide accurate &amp; timely communications of objectives, progress, status and issues&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 11.65pt;\"><span>Properly manages project timeline and financials including budget, cost, invoices, budget supplements, change orders, etc.</span></p></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: 11.65pt;\">&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 107%;\">The salary range for this position is $107,000 – $187,000.
