    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Cordoba Corporation is a leading engineering and program management firm and we are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Gas sector. The Business Analyst supports customer-facing and operational initiatives by gathering requirements, analyzing data, and translating business needs into technical solutions. This role collaborates with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of system enhancements, compliance initiatives, and process improvements.  </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop functional specifications and partner with IT/S technical team members to troubleshoot issues and design solutions. </li>\n <li>Facilitate collaborative sessions and gather detailed business and technical needs for projects with business units including Operations, Finance, Regulatory, and Customer Service.  </li>\n <li>Document analysis, “as-is”, and “to-be” processes for system and business transformations and ensure that requirement statements are complete. </li>\n <li>Provides direct routine support and assistance to end users of information systems, supports users with both process and technical issue resolution. </li>\n <li>Analyze operational data to provide insights for decision-making, monitor systems to ensure system performance and take proactive steps to mitigate issues. </li>\n <li>Partner with QA teams to define and execute test cases.  </li>\n <li>Support SAP, CIS, and work management system implementations.  </li>\n <li>Communicates and coordinates with field training personnel, supervisors and managers to identify and integrate process changes, improvements and user adoption of new tools. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or related discipline </li>\n <li>3-5 years of business analysis experience, preferably in utilities or energy  </li>\n <li>Familiarity with requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence, ALM)  </li>\n <li>Experience with SAP IS-U, Maximo, or similar systems preferred </li>\n <li>Experience with projects in one or more: SAP, GIS, Enterprise Asset Management, Customer Lifecycle Management, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure & Network, Operational Technology in Gas Controls or Utility Operations Systems a plus </li>\n <li>Strong analytical, documentation, and facilitation skills  </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Pay Range: $ 37.50 - $42.50 per hour </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Work Location: Onsite in Portland, OR </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Visa Sponsorship: Legal authorization to work in the U.S.A. on a full-time basis without sponsorship </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p>Physical Requirements: Ability to pass a pre-authorized physical including a drug-screening and background check </p>\n<h2>Our Company</h2>\n<p><strong>Cordoba Cororation, Making a Difference</strong> </p>\n<p>Cordoba Corporation is a nationally recognized civil engineering, construction management, program management, and planning firm.
