As we expand into the East Kootenay region, we are looking for experienced Pipelayers who want to help build something meaningful and long-term alongside a growing, values-driven company.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Milestone Contracting is establishing a long-term presence in the East Kootenay region and is seeking skilled Civil Pipelayers to join our growing team.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">This role is based out of Cranbrook, BC, with projects located throughout the Kootenays. font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Be Doing</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">As a Pipelayer, you will support the installation of underground utilities and infrastructure on a variety of civil construction projects.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Responsibilities include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Installation of storm, sewer, and water infrastructure</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Reading and interpreting construction drawings and grade information</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Working closely with Operators and Foremen during utility installation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assisting with trench preparation, pipe alignment, and utility connections</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintaining quality standards and safe work practices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Supporting efficient project execution and production goals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assisting with site organization and general labour activities as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Municipal infrastructure projects</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Local East Kootenay experience and knowledge are considered strong assets.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">5+ years civil pipelaying experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Valid Class 5 Driver’s License considered an asset</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ability to perform physically demanding work</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
