Fisher Barton values our 3C&rsquo;s Culture, working every day to execute Customer Excellence, A Culture of Fairness, and Community Involvement.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>At Level 1, You will:</strong></p><ul><li>Adhere to Fisher Barton Safety and Quality procedures and regulations&nbsp;and business code of ethics</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Produce product by following work instructions</li><li>Gauge parts and read blueprints</li><li>Recognize when an insert/product goes out of tolerance, stop process, and seek assistance</li><li>Follow check sheets and using measurement instruments to verify parts are manufactured to customer specifications</li><li>Maintain housekeeping and 5S in the work area</li><li>Collect and remove recyclable chips and shavings and transports to reclaiming area</li><li>Maintain all documentation as required</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>At Level 2, You will also:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Machine parts to print</li><li>Change inserts</li><li>Load feed mechanism and change inserts when necessary</li><li>Cross train other team members on CNC machine operations</li><li>Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance, following manufacturer&#39;s operating instructions, and maintaining gears with way lube</li><li>Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and escalating issue as needed</li><li>Maintain all documentation as required</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>At Level 3, You will also:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Set up (including 3 part run off), operate, change fixtures on CNC VMs and other equipment&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor and control machine, tooling, and/or programming to ensure parts meet customer requirements</li><li>Follow check sheets and using&nbsp;measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and others to measure part features, and to check and/or inspect machining operations and finished product quality</li><li>Maintain tooling inventories</li><li>Maintain all documentation as required</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>At Level 4, You will also:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Set up (including 3 part run off), operate, change fixtures on CNC VMs and other equipment&nbsp;in a manner which minimizes downtime</li><li>Work with Engineering to program CNC machines</li><li>Monitor and control machine, tooling, and/or programming to ensure parts meet customer requirements</li><li>Maintain all documentation as required</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<em>The above statements are intended only to describe the general nature of the job and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of position responsibilities.
