Do you take pride in providing exceptional care and educating patients on the importance of oral hygiene? </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If so, Cumberland Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is the place for you! As our RDA, you will have the opportunity to perform coronal polishing while building rapport with our young patients. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We want you to bring your passion, skills, and drive to help patients achieve beautiful smiles and better health while creating “wow” experiences at every visit! </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to work in a pediatric, child friendly environment</li>\n <li>Review all hygiene patient charts including; reason and necessity of visit, medical history, and x-ray requirement</li>\n <li>Verify patient information with parent or guardian, according to HIPAA privacy standards</li>\n <li>Have coronal polishing certification - We are able to provide a sealant course! </li>\n <li>Verify the patient has consent for treatment from parent or guardian</li>\n <li>Advise parent or guardian what to expect in the visit and address any concerns</li>\n <li>Charting all existing/missing teeth, existing restorations, and/or dental procedures</li>\n <li>Obtaining all x-rays necessary in the best quality possible</li>\n <li>Maintaining accurate clinical notes of each visit</li>\n <li>Clean and sterilize all instruments following OSHA and company standards. This includes; scrubbing instruments, packing the instruments and processing them through the statim or autoclave sterilizer</li>\n <li>Must maintain Dental Assisting License in good standing and complete the CE Credits required by state</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Current State of TN RDA License</li>\n <li>Current CPR Healthcare Provider Certification</li>\n <li>Polishing and Radiology Certification </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We believe that taking care of our employees and their families is paramount.
