Policy Design & Portfolio Monitoring :
Development, Implement and Review of Credit Risk Policy, Models & Associated Frameworks in an unsecured & secured rural/semi-urban and Urban lending context in coordination with other stakeholders
Maintain a robust Trigger Framework (e.g., delinquency, vintage loss, approval rate, fraud, DPD roll rates, GNPA/NNPA, EWS hits) and initiate policy amendments when thresholds are breached.
Drive periodic Policy Reviews (monthly/quarterly) based on performance analytics, market dynamics, and regulatory updates.
Ensure end-to-end documentation, version control, and timely communication to stakeholders.
Monitor portfolio performance: approval/decline mix, bounce trends, disbursal vintages, channel/segment performance, and EWS outcomes.
Conduct deep-dives on outliers (aggregator, geography, bureau profile, score bands, income proxies, employer tiers).
Recommend corrective actions (rule tuning, cut-off shifts, channel recalibration, pricing changes, limit reductions).
Monitor scorecard performance on monthly basis.
Identify green shoots for business development.
Analysis of sample delinquent cases to understand the trend and suggest corrective actions
Translate policy into BRE decisioning logic (eligibility, cut-offs, overrides, limits, pricing, fraud flags).
Lead UAT: test cases, edge scenarios, regression, and sign-offs; maintain rule books and test evidence.
Coordinate with Product, Tech, Data Science for deployments; track post‑release performance and rollback criteria.
Conduct regular market visits to aggregators/ Channel Partners / locations to review funnel metrics, compliance adherence, data quality, and process execution.
Conduct training, Policy test and policy walkthroughs; establish corrective action plans and timelines for Credit/ Business and Product teams.
Ensure monthly data accuracy checks using Tableau dashboards.
Recommend new data points or dashboards to Data Science/IT teams and oversee final dashboard preparation.
Deliver actionable insights through data analytics to support evidence-based policy decisions.
Prepare and maintain dashboards for senior management reviews and strategic meetings.
Drive automation and cost-efficiency in credit processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor and report Credit Cost and GNPA reduction trends to support product-level profitability analysis.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, MIS tools)
