font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><p style=\"vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">Manages the profitability, growth, and retention of a book of business.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">Underwrites and negotiates complex customer accounts to minimize risk and maximize profitability.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">Minimum of 8 years of construction professional and environmental underwriting experience.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">Deep knowledge of construction professional and environmental insurance products and market.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">Strong collaborative skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"color: black;
