Office location is in Wayne, PA however, the position is community-based and out in the field.  The hours are M-F day shift, but does require some flexibility depending on activities, events and your case load. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Employment Integration Specialist coordinates and facilitates access to clients in the Community Adult Autism Partnership Program (CAAPP) and the Community Supported Employment Program (CSE).  Ensures that authorizations for services are obtained and revised. Establishes and maintains community-based sites to be utilized as vocational opportunities for assigned individuals. Provides job assessment, career development, skill training and individualized support in obtaining, maintaining and enhancing community-based employment and social activities/participation. Monitors service delivery, utilization and team cohesiveness.
