Effectively input data into tracking system. Answer questions about the property in a positive and complimentary manner.</p><p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:</p><p>&bull; Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.</p><p>&bull; Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.</p><p>&bull; Maintains a working knowledge of the Company&rsquo;s property, as well as special events on and near property, in order to advise guests of same, whenever possible.</p><p>&bull; Responds to guests&rsquo; requests, complaints or inquiries courteously and promptly.</p><p>&bull; Possesses a working knowledge of area, package plans, special features, hours of operation and all outlets of the Players Club.</p><p>&bull; Assist supervisor with promotions or events.</p><p>&bull; Provide information to guests about club program, promotions and events for multiple properties.</p><p>&bull; Provide information to guests about racing, food operations, and project for multiple properties.</p><p>&bull; Must be able to accept and respond to constructive criticism for the betterment of the company and company expectations.</p><p>&bull; Prioritize, organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.</p><p>&bull; Work as a team member to ensure a smooth operation.</p><p>&bull; Ensures compliance with all company rules and regulations.</p><p>&bull; All other duties as assigned.</p><p>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:</p><p>High School diploma or GED required. Some college courses in business or casino management preferred.</p></div></div></div></div></div>\n<br/>3:30 to Midnight, 5 nights per week<br/>40 hours per week",
