No two days look exactly the same — and that’s part of the fun.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><p><strong>Benefits Operations &amp; Compliance</strong></p><ul><li>Help keep our medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and wellness plans running smoothly</li><li>Support compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, and other regulations</li><li>Assist with annual filings (5500 forms), audits, and compliance testing</li><li>Jump in wherever needed — we’re big fans of team players and utility hitters</li></ul><p><strong>Vendor &amp; Partner Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with vendors, carriers, consultants, and internal teams</li><li>Keep an eye on service levels and help resolve issues when they pop up</li><li>Take part in RFPs and vendor evaluations</li><li>Speak up, ask questions, and share ideas — we value fresh perspectives</li></ul><p><strong>Data, Insights &amp; Problem Solving</strong></p><ul><li>Dig into claims data and trends to uncover opportunities for improvement</li><li>Build dashboards and reports that tell a story</li><li>Help with budgeting and forecasting</li><li>Stay curious and always look for smarter, more efficient ways to work</li></ul><p><strong>Employee Experience &amp; Communication</strong></p><ul><li>Help create clear, engaging communications for employees (open enrollment, wellness campaigns, etc.)</li><li>Assist with more complex benefit questions when needed</li><li>Bring a people-first mindset and a willingness to learn the ins and outs of benefits</li></ul><p><strong>Projects &amp; Teamwork</strong></p><ul><li>Support or lead benefit projects like plan updates or system implementations</li><li>Collaborate closely with Payroll, Legal, Finance, and HRIS teams</li><li>Stay flexible and adaptable as priorities shift</li></ul>",
