In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive expertise in QA to lead and mentor a team of talented QA Engineers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive QA strategies, methodologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality of our high-performance backend services. Your leadership and guidance will be crucial in building and maintaining robust testing frameworks, driving the development of automated test scripts, and optimizing our QA practices. If you are passionate about quality assurance, have a strong background in automation, and excel in leadership, we invite you to apply and play a key role in managing and enhancing our QA capabilities.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1d1c1d; font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">To lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">To develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, methodologies and processes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">To plan, prioritize and oversee testing activities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Developing and maintaining a robust Test Automation Framework </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Liaising with internal and development teams on the automation process during preparation </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Collaborate with development teams on automation process during preparation. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Liaise with internal teams (e.g., Developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysis) to identify system requirements as part of in-house processes whist Maintaining quality issues and modifying automation test scripts. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Conducting analysis checks on product specifications </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Design and implement automated test scripts for web, mobile, and desktop applications. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Execute and maintain automated test scripts in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Implement and maintain test data and test environment setups for automated testing. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Stay up to date with industry best practices, tools, and trends in test automation. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Provide training and mentorship to QA team members in test automation best practices. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability of automation code. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Work with cross-functional teams to define automation testing strategies for new features and products. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Develop and maintain automated performance and load testing scripts. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Contribute to the development and execution of automated security testing scripts. </span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a QA Automation Team Lead. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Advanced programming skills including automation systems. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Advanced in Python, Selenium, SpecFlow considered advantageous. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Deeper understanding of object-oriented programming </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Experience working with in an agile environment with deep understanding of agile rituals. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Proficiency in API testing </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Experience with test data management and data-driven testing approaches. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) principles and tools. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Familiarity with behaviour-driven development (BDD) tools and frameworks beyond SpecFlow, such as Cucumber, Gherkin considered advantageous. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Scripting skills for tasks like test data generation or test environment setup. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Proficiency in performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Familiarity with test automation for mobile devices and platforms (iOS, Android).
