    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Summary: </strong>The MRB Support Engineer will work closely with QC personnel, Operation, Supply Chain, Suppliers and engineering personnel to provide proper engineering disposition review of rework opportunity of MRB items.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide Engineering support to QC, Operation and Suppliers in terms of rework instructions.</li>\n <li>Analyzing and verify rework opportunity of MRB items</li>\n <li>Analyzing and provide answer to suppliers as engineering related questions arise. </li>\n <li>Resolve and trouble-shoot with Shop/QC personnel upon request. </li>\n <li>Plan for proper sequence of manufacturing processes.</li>\n <li>Create and release rework routers for re-workable MRB items.   </li>\n <li>Identifying planned operation support requirements.</li>\n <li>Work hand-in-hand with QC MRB personnel on MRB items.</li>\n <li>Evaluate MRB product variation condition for potential submission </li>\n <li>Work hand-in-hand with customer MRB engineering on submitted MRB product, upon deem worth submission.   </li>\n <li>Maintain records of customer engineering rework dispositions.  </li>\n <li>Producing accurate and detailed working instruction to achieve efficient rework process flow.      </li>\n <li>Participate in the improvement process by documenting process changes in planning.</li>\n <li>Propose feasible solutions for future overall process improvements.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education/Experience:</strong></p>\n<p>Must have a minimum of 10 years of aerospace manufacturing and/or inspection experience, and a minimum of five years’ experience in aerospace engineering process review.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to read customer provided drawing(s)</li>\n <li>Proficient in use of MRP system</li>\n <li>Knowledgeable in various manufacturing processes</li>\n <li>Capable of readings portable measuring equipment</li>\n <li>Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office Suite</li>\n <li>Detail oriented with meticulous work habits</li>\n <li>Team oriented</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
