If you’re passionate about high‑quality, team‑based obstetric and gynecologic care, this is a phenomenal opportunity to help build something exceptional.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why You’ll Love This Role</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Collaborative, Supportive Structure:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Three in‑house OBGYN hospitalists on shift <strong>24/7</strong></li>\n <li>One Certified Nurse Midwife always on duty</li>\n <li>Close collaboration with available specialist – Maternal Fetal Medicine, Gyn Onc</li>\n <li>A supportive, collegial environment where teamwork drives patient outcomes</li>\n <li>Stable, predictable scheduling with more than one OBGYN hospitalist on duty every shift</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Labor & Delivery Leadership Management: </strong>Manage births in partnership with Certified Nurse Midwives and support an active, high-acuity L&D unit.</p>\n<p><strong>OBED / Triage: </strong>Evaluates all non-labor patients presenting to OBED triage.  Admits and manages all unassigned (\"no doc\") patients when needed.<strong>   </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Surgical & Procedural Care: </strong>Perform GYN procedures and GYN surgeries as needed, ensuring smooth and timely inpatient care.</p>\n<p><strong>High-Risk Obstetrics Collaboration: </strong>Partner closely with Maternal-Fetal Medicine to care for high‑risk antepartum patients.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Board-certified/eligible <strong>OB/GYN Physician</strong></li>\n <li>A team player with strong communication skills</li>\n <li>A clinician who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Join Us and Enjoy</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Full-time and part-time opportunities available</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Guaranteed 12‑hour shifts</strong> (day and night with a nighttime differential)</li>\n <li><strong>Full-time equivalence:</strong> 13 shifts per 28 days</li>\n <li><strong>COMPENSATION:</strong> 1.0 FTE Day Shift: $400,000, 1.0 FTE Night Shift: $460,000</li>\n <li><strong>Additional productivity bonus </strong></li>\n <li><strong>$50,000 Sign on bonus</strong></li>\n <li>Relocation assistance of up to $20,000</li>\n <li>Residency stipend up to $3,000 per month </li>\n <li>Forgivable loan of up to $200,000</li>\n <li>PSLF eligible</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Organization Details</h2>\n<p>Sutter Medical Group (SMG) is a vibrant and talented community committed to delivering safe, affordable and high-quality care.
