    "description": "<h2>Job Overview</h2>\n<p>The Project Builder role is collaborative across the Brand Experience Team and works with the Channel, Go-to-Market, Product, and Sales teams, along with our Dealer partners, to support in-market product experience needs. The primary function of the role is to promote the end-to-end display process(es), from building and maintaining displays, to supporting associated order and inventory management, and facilitating transportation and set up/tear down logistics.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role supports varied product experience projects, across multiple activations, including events and trade shows, dealer showrooms – and both temporary and permanent installations – often with aggressive deadlines. Success in this role requires a broad skill set, including superior technical/hand skills, ability to read plans and take offs and translate them into built items, along with superior organizational and communication skills across teams and platforms.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This job is located on-site in Warroad, Minnesota. </strong>If you are not local and will be relocating for this role, Marvin has a variety of benefit offerings to support your move. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Highlights of your role</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for performing the safe operation of equipment per operating procedures; must handle all tooling with care</li>\n <li>Must comply with all safety requirements, including manufacturing practices and procedures, standard operating     procedures, and manufacturing documentation</li>\n <li>Work in a fast-paced environment with short-change over times to complete multiple profile work orders per shift</li>\n <li>Perform quality inspections according to established guidelines to ensure parts conform to necessary specifications</li>\n <li>Complete necessary ICIM transactions</li>\n <li>Conduct/support cycle counts and annual inventory review; make recommendations for needed updates/maintenance</li>\n <li>Prep and repair show units for in-market activations</li>\n <li>Installation of updated parts for traveling displays</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently, within the Build group, and across teams to complete work orders</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate records of materials use and labor hours for each project</li>\n <li>Steward/support transportation and on-site logistical planning, ensuring all displays are packed properly, arrive safely     and on-time (and with any needed special handling equipment), and partner with onsite vendors for any necessary labor and material handling needs</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proactively identify and react to shifting priorities and project changes/adjustments as needed</li>\n <li>Ability to analyze and resolve complex scenarios</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented</li>\n <li>Drive for results</li>\n <li>Teamwork</li>\n <li>Technical proficiencies, including product knowledge, carpentry/construction skills, and the ability to read schematics       and takeoffs</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Also want to make sure you have</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Physical demands of the job include:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Ability to frequently stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours per day</li>\n   <li>Ability to walk long distances in an industrial setting</li>\n   <li>Range of motion to include reaching for items in bins and on shelves and bending with the their knees for proper lifting    technique</li>\n   <li>Ability to lift 50 lbs</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills, across platforms and with internal and external partners</li>\n <li>Ability to obtain a Hyster license (forklift operator)</li>\n <li>Travel for setup/tear down and installation of in-market product experience activations</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin</h2>\n<p>From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
