This is a high-impact, build-from-scratch role: you will own and scale the firm’s reporting infrastructure, with Looker Studio as our primary dashboarding platform, and work directly with leadership to shape how the firm uses data.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, reconciling messy data from many systems, and building reporting that leaders actually use to make decisions.<br><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Own the Looker Studio environment. </span>Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards, data sources, reporting standards, and visualization best practices across the firm.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Build executive KPI dashboards. </span>Give leadership clear visibility into marketing performance, intake productivity, operational KPIs, and firm-wide metrics.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Analyze marketing &amp; lead generation. </span>Measure performance across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other channels, and connect spend to outcomes.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Track the full client journey. </span>Report on lead flow and conversion from generation through intake, retention, and case outcomes, including conversion, qualification, contact, and retained rates, plus agent and team productivity.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reconcile data &amp; safeguard accuracy. </span>Validate and reconcile data across Salesforce, HubSpot, RingCentral, advertising platforms, Filevine, and other systems; proactively surface and resolve discrepancies.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Design data models &amp; automate reporting. </span>Build models that support consistent analytics, and automate recurring reports to cut manual effort.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Deliver insights to leadership. </span>Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports; present findings and recommendations clearly; identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Support strategy. </span>Partner with leadership to define key metrics, and assist with forecasting, capacity planning, and goal-setting.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, data engineering, revenue operations, or marketing analytics.</li>\n<li>Advanced, hands-on experience building complex dashboards and data sources in Looker Studio, including executive-level reporting.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with SQL and BigQuery for extraction, transformation, querying, and validation.</li>\n<li>Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data structures.</li>\n<li>A track record of reconciling data across multiple systems and resolving data-quality issues.</li>\n<li>Advanced Excel and Google Sheets; strong grasp of KPIs and data visualization best practices.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex findings simply.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>ETL processes, APIs, and automated data pipelines.</li>\n<li>HubSpot reporting; Salesforce administration or advanced reporting; Google Tag Manager.</li>\n<li>Experience in a law firm or professional-services setting, or supporting marketing/intake/call-center/sales teams.</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tools &amp;
