    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Atrium Health is seeking a full time Environmental Services Technician to work 40 hours per week at CMC Main in Charlotte, NC. Performs complete cleaning of assigned areas to include, but not limited to:&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Dusting and sanitizing furniture, equipment, mirrors and fixtures</li>\n <li>Washing windows, walls, ceilings, vents and light fixtures</li>\n <li>Sweeping, scrubbing and refinishing floors</li>\n <li>Vacuuming and shampooing carpet</li>\n <li>Re-stocking restrooms</li>\n <li>Replacing light bulbs</li>\n <li>Reporting repairs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br/>Most of the work is indoors but may assist with outdoor cleaning including parking lot, windows, and roof. Various cleaning activities may include the use of a ladder.</p>\n<p><br/>2. Heavy contact with cleaning chemicals, disinfecting agents, floor strippers and finishes.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br/>3. Removes waste by:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Collecting and transporting soiled linen</li>\n <li>Emptying trash containers</li>\n <li>Changing sharps containers</li>\n <li>Transporting solid and hazardous waste to compactors</li>\n <li>Recycling material</li>\n <li>Emptying cigarette receptacles in smoking areas</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br/>4. Keeps equipment clean and orderly and reports equipment failures or other mechanical issues to maintenance staff.</p>\n<p><br/>5. Maintains safe working environment and provides quality service by complying with procedures, rules and regulations, infection control guidelines, and meeting departmental quality standards.</p>\n<p><br/>6. Attends all required in-service education and training classes including safety update programs to maintain technical knowledge.</p>\n<p><br/>7.
