If you’re dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work, apply today!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform general Final Cleaning on construction sites.</li>\n<li>Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris, rubble, and materials.</li>\n<li>Assist skilled trades and other team members as needed.</li>\n<li>Use hand and power tools appropriately and safely.</li>\n<li>Final clean-up of completed areas, including detailed cleaning of surfaces, windows, fixtures, and flooring.</li>\n<li>Handle and store materials properly; pick up and secure tools and equipment daily.</li>\n<li>Follow all job site safety procedures and report any hazards or violations immediately.</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean and safe worksite through attention to detail and constant awareness of surroundings.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be 18 years or older.</li>\n<li>Must be able to read, write, and speak English preferably.</li>\n<li>No experience is required. We are willing to train candidates who are coachable and eager to learn.</li>\n<li>Prior experience in construction or job site cleaning is a plus.</li>\n<li>Must be able to:\n<ul>\n<li>Lift 50–70+ lbs.</li>\n<li>Work outdoors in all weather conditions.</li>\n<li>Work in, on, around, and under equipment and structures.</li>\n<li>Climb ladders, work on lifts, and use scaffolding.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Must always wear personal protective equipment (PPE).</li>\n<li>Job Sites are located throughout New England, so all applicants must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel as needed.</li>\n<li>Must be punctual, responsible, and work well with others.</li>\n<li>High regards for safety and cleanliness is essential.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time, year-round employment</li>\n<li>Competitive hourly pay based on experience</li>\n<li>Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (after 90 days)</li>\n<li>401(k) Retirement Plan (after 90 days)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
