We take a lot of pride in being a great place to work, providing excellent pay and top benefits.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Roto-Rooter is seeking an experienced estimator with insurance claims experience to join our fast-growing water restoration team for our Southeast Region. This is a full-time position based out of Cincinnati, OH.  The hourly rate is $20.00-$24.00, depending on experience.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Use Xactimate estimating software to write detailed water restoration estimates for residential and commercial customers.</li>\n <li>Maintain communication with customers and insurance adjusters. </li>\n <li>Submit estimates to insurance companies for payment.</li>\n <li>Follow established billing and collections procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Xactimate software and estimate writing experience is preferred.</li>\n <li>Insurance claims experience is required.</li>\n <li>Administrative billing & collections experience in the restoration or service industry is preferred.</li>\n <li>Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Outstanding organizational, time management and follow-up skills.</li>\n <li>Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li>\n <li>Bilingual preferred, but not required.</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills. </li>\n <li>Driver’s License.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>At Roto-Rooter we believe our greatest investment is in our employees.
