Citadel's reputation has been built on a set of three principles that form our core values: Integrity, Professionalism, and Responsiveness.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">ABOUT THE ROLE<br></span></span><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d; font-size: 15px\">Citadel CPM is in search of highly experienced <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Managers </span>to help manage public Stormwater and Road projects.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">ABOUT YOU<br></span></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">You are a Project Manager professional with minimum of 5 years of experience (PM I) </span>of progressive experience in managing municipal infrastructure projects through planning, design, jurisdictional approvals, environmental permitting, construction, and close-out.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years (PM I) or 10 years (PM II) of project management and concurrent field construction experience.</li>\n<li>Effective oral and written communication skills.</li>\n<li>Work experience in project planning and development.</li>\n<li>Ability to independently manage all aspects of a project.</li>\n<li>Ability to develop and control project scope.</li>\n<li>Ability to develop and maintain project budgets.</li>\n<li>Ability to develop and review project schedules.</li>\n<li>Skill in reviewing and coordinating the preparation of construction documents.</li>\n<li>Ability to effectively facilitate project team and client meetings.</li>\n<li>Ability to effectively negotiate and prepare change orders.</li>\n<li>Ability to effectively monitor and coordinate construction activities with the various project stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Ability to adapt and respond effectively to project issues and challenges.</li>\n<li>Ability to set and manage project expectations.</li>\n<li>Must be knowledgeable in CEQA/NEPA.</li>\n<li>Experience in infrastructure projects such as stormwater quality, diversion, and drainage projects.</li>\n<li>Experience in transportation infrastructure projects such as airports, roadways, bikeways, pedestrian walkways, and bridge projects.</li>\n<li>Must be knowledgeable in CEQA/NEPA.</li>\n<li>Set and manage project expectations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design-Bid-Build (DBB), Job Order Contracting (JOC), Progressive Design-Build (PDB), Deferred Maintenance/Refurbishment projects, and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project deliveries</li>\n<li>Knowledge of Envision</li>\n<li>Knowledge of Public Contracting Code</li>\n<li>Knowledge of Greenbook and CSI</li>\n<li>Knowledge of CEQA</li>\n<li>Experience with scheduling software using P6 and/or Microsoft Project Online</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Licensed professional (or demonstrate the ability to obtain license within 6 months of hiring) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM)</li>\n<li>Education background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Citadel is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace environment.
