This role is well suited for individuals who’d like to use their technical skills, and work a flexible, part-time schedule—without the demands of a full-time role.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\"><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>This position is responsible for the day to day maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of mail opening, document scanning and/or material handling equipment</li>\n <li>Installing and setting up new equipment</li>\n <li>Interact with customers to understand issues and clearly explain solutions as well as keep customers informed during service visits and answer questions&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Complete service documentation and reports</li>\n <li>Keeping the customer informed as repairs are made and answer any question that may arise.</li>\n <li>Interact with management as well as other personnel to analyze and correct any equipment performance issues.</li>\n <li>Submit weekly online timecards and expense reports&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\"><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Practical mechanical, electronics, or computer skills gained through work or hands-on experience</li>\n <li>A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 25 pounds</li>\n <li>Comfortable moving around equipment and working in smaller spaces when needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\"><strong><u>Physical/Work Environment:</u>&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work may take place in office or warehouse settings, depending on the customer</li>\n <li>Tasks may include bending, kneeling, reaching, or standing for periods of time</li>\n <li>Reasonable physical activity typical of light technical service work</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Hourly Rate:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>$23-25/hr, depending on experience</li>\n</ul>",
