This role serves as a senior technical leader responsible for full-stack architecture, implementation, and mentorship across modern web applications supporting cedars-sinai.org and cedars-sinai.edu.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>You will contribute hands-on code while guiding technical direction across front-end, back-end, and integration layers, serving as a key liaison between engineering, design, product, analytics, and business stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Lead full-stack development efforts across modern web applications, contributing hands-on code in both front-end and back-end systems.</li>\n <li>Collaborate on and evolve Cedars-Sinai’s Composable Front-End Architecture, employing React 19, TypeScript, and modern tooling.</li>\n <li>Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express (or similar frameworks).</li>\n <li>Implement spec-driven development practices using OpenAPI and Swagger to define and enforce API contracts.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define requirements, data contracts, and integration patterns.</li>\n <li>Build, deploy, and manage API services and infrastructure within the AWS cloud environment.</li>\n <li>Partner closely with CMS platforms including Adobe AEM and Webflow, providing guidance on enterprise usage, scalability, governance, and custom integrations.</li>\n <li>Lead initiatives involving Webflow, including Designer standard methodologies, custom development, API-based data exchange, and platform adoption strategies.</li>\n <li>Support advanced search and discovery experiences, including tuning and integrating platforms such as Yext.</li>\n <li>Contribute to Conversational AI initiatives by supporting integration patterns, APIs, and front-end experiences.</li>\n <li>Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) to improve development efficiency and code quality.</li>\n <li>Establish and enforce coding standards, peer-review practices, and architectural patterns.</li>\n <li>Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical problem-solving.</li>\n <li>Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility, performance, security, and maintainability.</li>\n <li>Produce and maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and implementation guidance.</li>\n <li>Serve as technical liaison to internal customers, research groups, and business partners.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><i><strong>Hybrid Remote = must currently live in Los Angeles area or willing to relocate to LA area for onsite requirements</strong></i></p>",
