    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The Delivery Manager is responsible for quarterly client audits, internal process audits, metrics reporting etc. as well as training and coaching new and existing location staff. This position is responsible for providing value added service to our customers in addition to support local terminal operation through training and auditing to include but not limited to knowledge, technical support, and quality of service in a timely manner.</p>\n<p><strong>Core Responsibilities &amp; Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Attend daily pre-shift/safety meetings to outline SOPs, Quality, or Training Topics</li>\n <li>Monitor problem lane segments as outlined in the OSD report, hot accounts, and corrective action compliance</li>\n <li>Assist with the training / on boarding of new hires</li>\n <li>Assist with the re-training and quality performance evaluation of current employees</li>\n <li>Investigate customer damage concerns for root cause analysis</li>\n <li>Ensure all company SOP’s are adhered to</li>\n <li>Adhere to all company forklift safety policies</li>\n <li>Report safety concerns or damages noted on the forklift to a manager/supervisor</li>\n <li>Address OSDM during loading/unloading with cargo handler/manager/supervisor</li>\n <li>Collaborate with local managers on corrective action plans</li>\n <li>Must be willing to work various shifts and days as necessary</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent</li>\n <li>&nbsp;Organizational and prioritization skills</li>\n <li>&nbsp;Self-motivated and maintains a high level of energy</li>\n <li>&nbsp;Strong verbal and personal communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.</li>\n <li>&nbsp;Ability to perform quality audits on all aspects of the handling process, report areas that do not meet safety or quality standards, and pro-actively work with&nbsp;&nbsp; employees to enhance performance</li>\n <li>&nbsp;Ability to carry out assigned task to their completion and meet deadlines</li>\n <li>&nbsp;Ability to pass forklift and hazardous certifications yearly.</li>\n <li>&nbsp;Ability to lift and pull cargo which weights 70lbs or less</li>\n <li>&nbsp;Ability to work under pressure and problem solve</li>\n <li>&nbsp;Ability to read and understand industry documents (container load plans, bill of lading, bonded documents</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ideal candidate will possess a “can do” attitude with a “will do” work ethic</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment</li>\n <li>General computer skills - Microsoft Office, Outlook, AS400</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\"><strong>Salary:&nbsp;Up to $57,750</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\"><i><strong>This is an estimated range based on the circumstances at the time of posting, however it may change based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, education, market factors, geographical location, budget, and demand.&nbsp;</strong></i></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\"><strong>Benefits&nbsp;</strong>We offer a comprehensive benefits plan including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical</li>\n <li>Dental&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Vision</li>\n <li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA)</li>\n <li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li>\n <li>Life &amp; AD&amp;D Insurance</li>\n <li>Disability</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><strong>BEWARE OF FRAUD!&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\">Hub Group has become aware of online recruiting related scams in which individuals who are not affiliated with or authorized by Hub Group are using Hub Group’s name in fraudulent emails, job postings, or social media messages.
