This is an opportunity to grow with a firm that values expertise, precision, and client relationships.  This is an onsite position for our main office located in Greenwood Village, Colorado.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Monthly Bookkeeping:</span> Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping for a portfolio of 20-30 small business clients.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial Reports:</span> Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and customized reports to support client decision-making.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client Communication:</span> Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their questions and ensuring they feel supported.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reconciliations:</span> Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Problem Solving:</span> Identify discrepancies and provide solutions to maintain accurate records.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collaboration:</span> Work closely with our CPA and tax advisory team to ensure seamless client service.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who You Are</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experienced:</span> Minimum of 4-8 years of bookkeeping experience (preferably with multiple clients).</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tech-Savvy:</span> Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and other accounting software. Experience with Fathom/and or Bill.com is a plus.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Detail-Oriented:</span> You thrive in organizing numbers and processes.
