As we grow, we value people ready to grow a career that makes an impact far beyond just our daily workplace.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>We are currently welcoming experienced technicians to our shop team!</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>As a&nbsp;<strong>Heavy Equipment Technician</strong>, your more typical responsibilities will include:</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Performs basic diagnostics and repairs on equipment and established products as requested by the Service Manager and Service Writer.</li>\r\n\t<li>Prepares all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintains condition of shop, vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.</li>\r\n\t<li>Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.</li>\r\n\t<li>Complete dis-assembly and inspection, as efficiently as possible, so parts may be ordered and machine work can be scheduled promptly.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain records and account for all time, parts, and supplies used in repairing and servicing both customer and dealership equipment.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>As a Heavy Equipment Shop Technician, you will be&nbsp;working in the shop (with occasional work required outside in&nbsp;varying weather conditions) to repair, conduct maintenance, and address any customer concerns or questions regarding our fleet of John Deere equipment.&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Job Requirements</strong>&nbsp;Include:</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Willingness to learn. Experience working as a mechanic or technician on heavy construction, industrial or diesel equipment is strongly preferred for shop technician.</li>\r\n\t<li>Basic Service Technician or Mechanic certification preferred.</li>\r\n\t<li>Recent and regular computer usage, specifically in running codes and submitting work order information is strongly preferred.</li>\r\n\t<li>Excellent time management and communication skills, self-motivation and coachability are a must.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
