You will maintain financial information and related reporting, while ensuring internal controls are preserved. For this role we are specifically looking for a Senior Accountant proven ASC 606 and GAAP knowledge and experience. This is a hybrid role with the expectations of coming to the office in Bloomington, MN, 3 day a week.</p>\n<p><strong><em>What you’ll be doing...</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate the application of proper revenue recognition in accordance with ASC606 for our Software as a Service (SaaS) based business model</li>\n <li>Engage with internal functional management to analyze key drivers of revenue and expenses. and provide related revenue and profit forecasts for the business to make strategic decisions</li>\n <li>Assist with the monthly determination of segment and product profitability in company level financial results</li>\n <li>Perform reconciliations of financial data, research variances, and adjust as needed</li>\n <li>Enter, review, and/or approve financial transactions in the company’s financial system</li>\n <li>Maintain controls over sales tax and various business tax reporting</li>\n <li>Review and/or prepare schedules and work papers for internal and external auditors as required</li>\n <li>Monitor compliance with company financial policies and in accordance with GAAP</li>\n <li>Assist with monthly and annual financial statements for the company’s business activities</li>\n <li>Work with operational leaders to develop annual revenue budget and related mid-year forecasts</li>\n <li>Assist with financial and tax audits</li>\n <li>Lead special projects and/or project teams, as assigned</li>\n <li>Support department training of other Finance staff </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>What you’ll bring to us…</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting</li>\n <li>CPA certification preferred</li>\n <li>Proven experience and working knowledge of ASC 606 AND GAAP Revenue Recognition</li>\n <li>Minimum 5 years of accounting experience within a global corporate environment</li>\n <li>Minimum 3 years of revenue recognition experience, preferably in a SaaS technology business</li>\n <li>Minimum 5 years of experience working with ERP software (i.e. Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)</li>\n <li>Experience with multi-currency and transaction/translation activities</li>\n <li>Proven excellence in written and verbal communication</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of accounting principles and regulations</li>\n <li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel</li>\n <li>Ability to understand, interpret and present conclusions on financial data</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>We Support Who You Are….</em></strong></p>\n<p>As a global company, we strive to create an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives spark innovation and meet the challenges of an evolving world.
