          "text": "<p>The Medical Assistant will support providers with both clinical and administrative duties while helping ensure a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, professional, dependable, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team. Dermatology experience is highly preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to grow.</p><ul><li>Room patients and prepare them for examination</li><li>Obtain and document patient histories, vital signs, and chief complaints</li><li>Assist physicians and providers with examinations and procedures</li><li>Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and supplies</li><li>Perform clinical tasks such as injections, wound care, suture removal, and specimen handling (as permitted by role/training)</li><li>Assist with biopsies, surgeries, and dermatologic procedures</li><li>Provide patient education and relay provider instructions</li><li>Process prescriptions, prior authorizations, and refill requests</li><li>Support scheduling, charting, and electronic medical records documentation</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and proper stocking of exam rooms</li><li>Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and team members</li></ul>",
