This individual needs to work with a high-level of ownership, be a sharp communicator and problem-solver, and lead projects with excellence from start to finish. You will take ownership and manage multiple projects alongside Creature Superintendents, therefore strong vision and leadership is a non-negotiable. This person will be responsible and accountable for delivering a quality product on schedule and within budget for each project. This person will be held to high standards as they represent the Creature brand and culture</span><span>  </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Daily communication with Architects, Superintendents, and key stakeholders across each project in Birmingham</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage multiple projects at a time</span></li>\n<li><span>Coordinate work through regular meetings and team huddles</span></li>\n<li><span>Plan project schedules alongside superintendents from start to completion of each project</span></li>\n<li><span>Lead key relationships with project owners, Creature superintendents, Creature skilled labor, and any subcontractors</span></li>\n<li><span>Lead in estimating projects and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Manage expectations with clients to ensure timeliness and accuracy within projects</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Qualifications</span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Background in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field is highly preferred </span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">2+</span> years of proven and relevant experience</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Fully embrace Creature's Core Values:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ownership versus Coordination - The more you divide up the tasks, the more coordination is required.
