We are Building a Better Environment!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold;\">Ulliman Schutte is a national leader in the construction and renovation of water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and associated utility work.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;\">We are seeking experienced construction jobsite Concrete Formwork Carpenters for our construction site in Northern Virginia.  This is a stable, multi-year project on a large site where we are building critical infrastructure to provide clean water to the region.  <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Industry leading benefits include competitive wages, health and dental insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) for all employees. </span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold;\">Form Carpenter Daily Life</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;\">Assemble concrete form systems at the direction of the Carpenter Foreman and/or Superintendent.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;\">Installation of formwork ties, turnbuckles, wedgebolts, walers, and form support systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;\">Build custom concrete forms including bulkheads and construction joints.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;\">40-hour work week.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold;\">Form Carpenter Must Haves</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;\">At least three (3) years’ experience as a Form Carpenter.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;\">Knowledge of commonly used form systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;\">Authorized to work in the US.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold;\">Form Carpenter Nice to Haves</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;\">High School diploma or equivalent</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;\">Completion of formal training or apprenticeship.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;\">**All candidates must pass a post-offer drug screening and physical.**</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #263f6a; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;\">LIFE WITH US</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;\">Ulliman Schutte is a construction industry leader because of its people.
