    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p>\n<p>Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an potential opportunity for a civilian<strong> Internal Medicine Physician </strong>at<strong> Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD)  in California.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Details:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Great Patient Population</li>\n <li> Out-Patient Clinic</li>\n <li> Monday through Friday, between the hours of 0600 -1800 hours. </li>\n <li> Shifts will normally be scheduled for an 8.5, 9.5 or 10.5-hour period, to include an uncompensated 30-minute or 60-minute lunch break, respectively. </li>\n <li> In no instance will the Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) HCW be required to provide services more than 80 hours per two-week period </li>\n <li> No nights, No weekends, No holidays</li>\n <li> Freedom from Malpractice Insurance Worries</li>\n <li> Salary to be determined but Employee or 1099 status avaiable in range of $130-180 hr </li>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p>The Position will have the following requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li> Board Certified</li>\n <li> Any State License</li>\n <li> Successful Completion of an Internal Medicine Residency</li>\n <li>24 months of experience in the past 36 months (Residency training can be Included)</li>\n <li> BLS, ACLS</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Company Overview: </strong></p>\n<p>Spectrum Healthcare Resources (SHR) was established in 1988 to deliver systems and processes designed to meet the unique needs of Military and VA Health Systems.
