    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<b>Overview</b>\n<div>\n <div>\n  The Individual will play an integral role within the MUFG Business Technology Services engineering team in developing a comprehensive performance testing strategy, including detailed performance testing requirements and translating the performance requirements into appropriate scenarios to replicate production. The Senior Performance Tester is responsible for Designing, scripting and executing load, stress, and scalability testing and deliver comprehensive reports to the project team.\n </div>\n <div>\n  <br/>\n </div>\n <div>\n  <b>Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities</b>\n </div>\n <div>\n  Strategic Focus&nbsp;\n </div>\n <div>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Maintain technical expertise in performance/load testing dictums.</li>\n   <li>Design and develop solutions for supporting Cloud (Azure Devops) and CI/CD for SeV utilization.</li>\n   <li>Communicate effectively across multiple teams/external vendors (Operations, Project Teams, Quality Service), different personnel (Developers, Technical team and Project Managers) when required.</li>\n   <li>Monitor Server metrics using APM tools.</li>\n   <li>Actively participate in and continuous improvement measures to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of automation.</li>\n   <li>Innovate and implement solutions for the requirements as per the industry standards.</li>\n   <li>Conduct analysis of business requirements, solution designs, process documentation etc., for the purpose of identifying feasible business critical transactions.</li>\n   <li>Implement best performance test practices and standards as part of Enterprise solution.</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div>\n  Operational Management&nbsp;\n </div>\n <div>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Conduct endurance, stress, load, volume testing to validate production readiness of software applications and infrastructure for stability and performance.</li>\n   <li>Provides Performance testing software systems support for respective business unit.</li>\n   <li>Coordinate and execute creation of Test Cases, scripts and performance test execution.</li>\n   <li>Design, develop and execute scripts which validate, to a high degree of confidence test cases defined within the project’s test plan.</li>\n   <li>Perform load testing across multiple messaging protocols (including HTTP), focusing on overall application performance, validating application response and outputs accurately reflecting business requirements.</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div>\n  People Leadership&nbsp;\n </div>\n <div>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Mentor and guide junior team members.</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div>\n  Governance &amp; Risk\n </div>\n <div>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Tracks and communicates task progress, status, and key performance metrics.</li>\n   <li>Use standard defect tracking tool in promptly and accurately reporting defects found in testing.</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div>\n  The above list of key accountabilities is not an exhaustive list and may change from time-to-time based on business needs.\n </div>\n <div>\n  <br/>\n </div>\n <div>\n  <b>Experience &amp; Personal Attributes</b>\n </div>\n <div>\n  Experience&nbsp;\n </div>\n <div>\n  <ul>\n   <li>7+ years of Performance testing experience.</li>\n   <li>Min 5 years of experience with OpenText LoadRunner experience using protocols Citrix, RDP, Java, and Performance testing Mobile Technologies and database.</li>\n   <li>Significant experience working with Jmeter and APM tools including NewRelic and Graphana.</li>\n   <li>Proven experience with SOAP Web Services and RESTful Web Services testing using SOAP UI, Postman and Swagger.</li>\n   <li>Strong knowledge and experience in Performance testing principles, techniques, and standards, such as test design, test execution, test reporting, and test management.</li>\n   <li>Strong knowledge and experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software quality assurance (SQA) processes and practices, such as agile, waterfall, and DevOps.</li>\n   <li>Strong knowledge and experience in CI/CD tools and practices, such as Jenkins, Azure repo, Bitbucket, azure devops, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.</li>\n   <li>Experience working on continuous improvement projects is good to have.</li>\n   <li>Experience working in distributed delivery model with teams spread across different regions will be highly advantageous.</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div>\n  Personal Attributes\n </div>\n <div>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.</li>\n   <li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.</li>\n   <li>Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.</li>\n   <li>Demonstrate ability to solve technical problems and implement innovative solutions.</li>\n   <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>\n   <li>Ability to learn new test tools, technologies, and trends quickly and effectively.</li>\n   <li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and prioritize them.</li>\n   <li>Exceptional analytical skills and troubleshooting skills in order to resolve technical glitches during implementation.</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n</div>\n<div>\n <br/>\n</div>",
