    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span><span><strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></span></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc\">\n <li><span><span>Conduct all job duties with Safety as a priority and in compliance with Safety Rules.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Align with and maintain areas to 5S standards.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Segregate non-conforming materials according to work instructions.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Maintain equipment with daily cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Produce quality parts/assemblies and eliminate the cost of non-conformance.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Perform all required welding, paperwork, quality records, documents, etc.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Align with all safety and work instructions.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Maintain departmental housekeeping rules, standards, and clean/restock as the need arises.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Reduce lead times and optimize production cycle.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Maintain competitive cost associated to welding including labor, material, gases, consumables, tooling, inventory, etc.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span><span><strong>For This Role, You Will Need:</strong></span></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc\">\n <li><span><span>High School diploma or GED required.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Ability to stand on feet or sit for long periods of time; strength in arms and legs.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span><strong>Mechanical aptitude (demonstrated through interest or experience in areas such as automotive, construction, computers, etc.).</strong></span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Ability to read and comprehend technical specifications and instructions.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Ability to read and comprehend weld symbols.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Use of weld measurement tools and gauges.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Shop math and ability to complete calculations.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Pass an entry level weld test regardless of your previous weld experience or certifications.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span><span><strong>Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:</strong></span></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc\">\n <li><span><span>Accredited welding school or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>2 – 3 years proven experience working with in the welding industry.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Familiar and efficient with more than one welding process.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span><span><strong>Our Culture &amp; Commitment to You:</strong></span></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc\">\n <li><span><span>At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
