Collaborates with treatment teams, hospital liaisons, schools, mental health centers, and the community to collectively address individual needs of each client on their caseload.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Will travel as needed to sites in order to provide additional support to therapy and admissions teams.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">KVC employees are expected to work with children and families, community partners and each other using KVC values: The heart of our work is helping people. Participates as a part of a multidisciplinary treatment team and complete comprehensive intake and assessments, initial and master treatment plans and discharge summaries.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Completes required documentation, including phone calls and visitations, forms and reports per agency&#39;s policy and procedures; enters documentation accurately and in time according to KVC Hospitals guidelines.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Requires comprehensive knowledge of youth&rsquo;s history, plan of care and discharge plan and available for consultation on a 24/7 hour on-call basis.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">May participate in Utilization Review functions and reporting to insurance companies and payors.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Maintain current employee profile in KVC&rsquo;s HRIS tool.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Maintain current knowledge of and adhere to all KVC policies.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Provides crisis intervention when necessary and use approved tools, techniques and resources available.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Facilitate treatment review meetings with guardian, MCO, and community partners in person or by phone.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Creates and maintain secure, safe, pleasant, nurturing living and learning environments both virtually and when on-site.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Maintain compliance with state, federal and all licensure and accrediting bodies.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>All employees must be at least 21 years of age.&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Education:&nbsp;</strong>Master&rsquo;s Degree in Social Work, Family Therapy, Counseling from an accredited institution and licensed to practice in the state(s) in which you practice.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Professional Licensure/Certification:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">LMSW, LSW, LSCSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, LCMFT or other professional license issued/approved by the state(s) in which you practice. Clinical licensure preferred. Documented course work in child/adolescent development and individual, family and group counseling.
