This position plays a key role in the continued growth of BETA’s one-water practice and offers opportunities to mentor other employee-owners, drive innovation, and deliver impactful infrastructure solutions.<br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage wastewater treatment facility projects from scope development, budgeting, and scheduling through design, permitting, bidding, and construction phase services</li><li>Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams on wastewater treatment plant upgrades, expansions, rehabilitation projects, and new facility developments</li><li>Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of wastewater treatment processes, pumping stations, solids handling systems, and related infrastructure</li><li>Direct the preparation and review of facility plans, engineering reports, process evaluations, technical specifications, and construction contract documents</li><li>Provide technical leadership and quality assurance for wastewater treatment facility designs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, client objectives, and industry best practices</li><li>Mentor and develop engineering staff by providing technical guidance, reviewing work products, and supporting professional growth</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery</li><li>Lead project meetings with clients, regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and project teams</li><li>Negotiate contracts, develop scopes of work, and manage project financial performance</li><li>Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation, client engagement, and pursuit of new wastewater treatment opportunities&nbsp;</li><li>Stay current with emerging wastewater treatment technologies &amp; regulatory trends</li><li>Represent the organization in industry forums and professional associations, leveraging technical innovations and industry knowledge to support project success</li></ul><p>Preferred location is BETA’s Norwood office.
