Our Direct Care Workers are at the heart of our mission and the greatest influence on the children in our program.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">You will:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Minister to the residents' physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs of the children in our program.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Assist in the management of the residence, ensuring a clean environment and that the child’s needs are being met.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Help supervise the daily routines of our children and assist where needed. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Assist other staff in transporting children to their appointments, activities and worship. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">You’ll have the opportunity to influence them for the better!</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">What You Need to Get the Job Done (Minimum Qualifications)</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">A minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Any degree in the human service field is beneficial.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">At least 21 years old</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Valid driver's license and current proof of car insurance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Pass a criminal, child abuse and sex offender background check. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">We will have 2 shifts available to work overnight in one of our 3 group homes.
