    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<h1>The Plate Saw operator will perform precision measuring, cutting, and finishing of raw materials used for manufacturing. Responsible for setting up, operating, and running the CNC Plate Saw equipment.</h1>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>REPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Cut order per nesting sheet instructions and document necessary information.</li>\n <li>Follow set guidelines for proper inspection of material and cut size.       </li>\n <li>Keep work areas clean and unused material put away in proper location.</li>\n <li>Transfer completed pieces to inventory, both physically and systematically.                                                                               </li>\n <li>Required to use proper lifting equipment (forklift, crane with vacuum lifter) when handling material.                                                                                                   </li>\n <li>Know and understand proper procedures for operating plate saws and HEM saw.</li>\n <li>Maintain maintenance and inspection checklist for plate saws, HEM saw and lifting equipment.                                      </li>\n <li>Label completed cut pieces and unused remanent material.  </li>\n <li>Use a forklift to load or unload, move or stack materials or products safely in their appropriate place.</li>\n <li>Pull material using FIFO.</li>\n <li>Always maintain inventory batch traceability. <strong>                                                                     </strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>JOB QUALIFICATIONS:</strong> Basic computer skills, read written directions, take verbal instructions, able to use measuring devices, and basic math skills.  Always wears required PPE. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Education/Experience:</strong></p>\n<p>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p>",
