With plans to launch our aircraft in the US and Dubai, we're now scaling manufacturing and preparing for the launch of our commercial service.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Layup Support Technician. This role will manage lamination work cell set up tasks, such as staging prepreg kits, preparing molds, replenishing consumables, maintaining clean work centers / hardware, and complete pre-lamination duties. This role enables composite hand layup technicians to focus exclusively on lamination workmanship, supporting takt time and part quality. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Shift Schedules below: </p>\n<p>1st shift - Monday – Thursday: 7AM- 5:30PM 2nd shift- Monday - Thursday: 5:30PM - 4:00AM 3rd shift -Friday - Sunday: 6AM - 6:30PM </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Stage all materials required for next-part build kit, tooling, hardware, and aids (including ports, TCs, pins, consumables, ect).  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Return empty bins / notify support teams of replenishment demand, if applicable restock point-of-use locations  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete “Pre-Lamination Step” for production runs (kit thawing. Mold identification, laser set up) </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Check material in / out of the freezer  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Submit work stoppages (if applicable) </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Submit redlined (if applicable) </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Wipe down equipment and workstations between shifts or batches </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain 4S+S and organization </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain consumable min/max levels  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Attend daily standups </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Respond quickly to technician requests (tools, parts, etc.)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>HS Diploma or GED Equivalent </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience working in fast-paced, time sensitive environments </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated abilities following standardized work instructions, technical requirements, and executing standard processes.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Continuous standing, squatting, bending, pulling, twisting, and lifting throughout the workday. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Lifting of 50 lbs. or less </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must wear PPE when required. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Have no known allergies to epoxies or other composites materials and able to become certified to wear a respirator.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to stoop, bend, crawl, and being able to maneuver in tight spaces  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to become forklift, crane, or equipment certified  </li>\n <li>Strive to continually improve quality, 5S, and productivity within areas of responsibility, knowledge, skills and experience. Demonstration through participation of FMDS, shop cleanings, internal audits, etc.  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Desired</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ year of manufacturing experience  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in a high-volume production environment that relies on a well-defined process to achieve maximum efficiency.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with lean manufacturing or 5S environments. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>The target base pay for this position is $18-$32/hr.
