Your work will involve assessing individual skin types and conditions to recommend and perform appropriate treatments such as chemical peels, acne therapy, and hair removal techniques. You will contribute to clients&#39; confidence and well-being by advising on treatments and skincare products tailored to their unique needs. Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment is essential to ensure client comfort and satisfaction. Ultimately, your expertise will help clients achieve their aesthetic goals while promoting healthy skin practices.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Education &amp; Experiance</strong></p><ul><li>Active Aesthetician or Esthetician license in the state of Texas</li><li>Two-years of experience in a medical office</li><li>Previousexperience in a medical spa or dermatology setting preferred</li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW61369132 BCX0\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW61369132 BCX0\">100-site laser hair removal certification</span></span></li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in performing skincare treatments and cosmetic applications.</li><li>Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skin care products, and treatment protocols.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively consult with clients.</li><li>Ability to maintain hygiene standards and follow safety procedures.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Additional certifications in advanced skincare treatments such as chemical peels or microdermabrasion.</li><li>Experience with hair cutting and styling techniques.</li><li>Training in specialized waxing methods including Brazilian waxing.</li><li>Familiarity with the latest cosmetic brands and product lines.</li><li>Background in sales or retail of skincare and cosmetic products.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, and other skincare services</li><li>Obtains AestheticPre-Op Protocol (APO), if applicable to the procedure.</li><li>Escortspatients to exam rooms in order of appointment times. Obtains or updates medication list if necessary.Entersintake information intopatientsEMR. Sets upexamroom according to scheduledprocedure,entersall pertinent information into theEMR chart.</li><li>Educatespatientasrequiredafter physicianestablishesthe treatment plan,ifrequired.
