In the course of catching and loading, employee may be required to operate and maintain basic poultry related machinery and equipment (all non - licence requiring equipment). Follow food safety and security and animal bio-security procedures and other poultry related tasks. Clean and disinfect the work site, including poultry related equipment. Removing equipment after the work is completed, and other poultry related tasks.
