With a combined legacy of resilience, Magnera will build personal partnerships that withstand an ever-changing world.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform lab test, interpret the results, and compare results to the customer’s requirements.</li>\n <li>Analyze data using Statistical Process Control techniques and adjust manufacturing parameters to achieve property targets.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean work environment.</li>\n <li>Ensure product and packaging quality of all materials packaged for shipment. </li>\n <li>Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed.</li>\n <li>Work between Lines 30/32 as one team.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or GED</li>\n <li>Minimum one year manufacturing experience</li>\n <li>Demonstration of an understanding of the basics of extrusion, lamination, and/or conversion</li>\n <li>Strong computer aptitude and experience</li>\n <li>Current Berry Global forklift operator’s license may be required</li>\n <li>Complete OJT’s for Lines 30/32 within 1 year and be able to run both lines. Recertification required annually.</li>\n</ul>",
