They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Keys to Success in this Role:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>ABC Certified/TIPS Certified/Serve Safe Manager Certification. Associates Degree or coursework in related field preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Three (3) years restaurant experience in a supervisory capacity required or previous Morton&rsquo;s FOH experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Morton&rsquo;s Captain experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with P.O.S. Systems;&nbsp;</li><li>Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products. Must possess thorough working knowledge of front and back of the house policies and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to work flexible schedule on the needs of the business. Able to work weekends and holidays as required.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Scheduling employees for assigned areas.</li><li>Recommend, document and issue discipline.</li><li>Ensures accurate record keeping, prepares, reviews, and analyzes reports.</li><li>Responsible for direct supervision and training of staff.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for assignment of personnel as needed.</li><li>Assists with implementing and conducting orientation, training and evaluation programs for all personnel.</li><li>Ensures the highest level of customer service according to ensure standards of quality.</li><li>Complies with set pars to ensure acceptable inventory costs.</li><li>Implements merchandising techniques; keeps departmental labor cost on an acceptable level.</li><li>Adheres to established Morton&rsquo;s The Steakhouse, Landry&rsquo;s and Saratoga Casino Hotel, State and Federal policies, labor regulations and liquor laws.</li><li>Relays all guest compliments/complaints to the Front of House Manager and General Manager.</li><li>Responsible for establishing and maintaining positive, fair and consistent treatment of all Morton&rsquo;s personnel.</li><li>Monitors and prepares time cards and payroll records on a daily basis.</li><li>Maintains confidentiality with regard to employee concerns and sensitive department information.</li><li>Performs all other duties as assigned.</li><li>Promotes outstanding customer relations.</li><li>Able to lift and carry 30 lbs. repeatedly.</li><li>Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours.</li></ul><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Ability to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends and holidays.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Saratoga Casino Hotel?</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>&nbsp;Sick Time&nbsp;</li><li>Free Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Robust Employee Recognition Program</li><li>$20.00 YMCA Memberships.</li><li>Local and National Discount Programs Through EAP &amp; Tickets@Work</li><li>STASH Hotel Partner Program Offering $69 per Night Hotel Across North and South America.&nbsp;</li><li>Unlimited growth potential</li><li>Delicious FREE Meals in Our Team Dining Facility&nbsp;</li></ul></div>\n",
