    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>JOB SUMMARY&nbsp;</strong>(the purpose and general nature of the job):</p><p>To provide control systems, electrical engineering for all product lines offer by Stolle Machinery.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES&nbsp;</strong>include the following:</p><ul><li>Prepare technical drawings to ensure conformity to standards and customer&nbsp;requirements.</li><li>Operate&nbsp;computer-assisted&nbsp;engineering&nbsp;or&nbsp;design&nbsp;software&nbsp;or&nbsp;equipment&nbsp;to&nbsp;perform engineering&nbsp;tasks.</li><li>Strong experience in AutoCAD for generating schematics, panel layouts and bills of material following CE and the&nbsp;NEC.</li><li>Strong experience with programming and troubleshooting on Allen-Bradley Control Logix and Siemens Portal&nbsp;Platforms.</li><li>Confer&nbsp;with&nbsp;engineers,&nbsp;customers&nbsp;or&nbsp;others&nbsp;to&nbsp;discuss existing&nbsp;or&nbsp;potential&nbsp;engineering&nbsp;projects or&nbsp;products.</li><li>Direct or coordinate construction, support, documentation or testing activities to&nbsp;ensure compliance with specifications, codes or customer&nbsp;requirements.</li><li>Interface with vendors/ suppliers regarding parts&nbsp;deviations.</li><li>Create and maintain controls systems BOM&rsquo;s as well as deliver control systems BOM&rsquo;s, prints and any other technical documents necessary for the manufacture,&nbsp;assembly and operation of equipment sold by Stolle&nbsp;Machinery.</li><li>Design, implement or improve electrical instruments, equipment or systems for&nbsp;industrial purposes.</li><li>Investigate customer complaints, determine nature and extent of problem and recommend remedial&nbsp;measures.</li><li>Oversee project production efforts to assure projects are completed on time and within&nbsp;budget.</li><li>Plan&nbsp;or&nbsp;implement&nbsp;research&nbsp;methodology&nbsp;or&nbsp;procedures&nbsp;to&nbsp;apply&nbsp;principles&nbsp;of&nbsp;electrical&nbsp;theory to engineering&nbsp;projects.</li><li>Must possess the following qualities: strong attention to detail, responsibility and ownership, follow-through, ability to multi-task, efficient time management and organization skills and able function effectively in a high stress&nbsp;environment.</li><li>PLC programming experience for industrial machinery, primarily with Allen Bradley or Siemens products.</li><li>HMI/MMI programming experience for industrial&nbsp;machinery</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Troubleshooting industrial machinery systems&nbsp;including:<ol><li>PLC<ol><li>HMI/MMI</li><li>AC Variable Frequency&nbsp;Drives</li><li>Motion Control&nbsp;systems</li><li>Industrial Control networks such as DeviceNet, Profibus and&nbsp;Ethernet.</li><li>CAD skills, preferably AutoCAD Electrical and experience designing and&nbsp;creating:</li><li>electrical&nbsp;schematics<ol><li>control panel&nbsp;layouts</li><li>machine wiring&nbsp;diagrams<ol><li>on machine electrical component location drawings Additional responsibilities and duties may be&nbsp;assigned.</li></ol></li></ol></li></ol></li></ol></li></ul><p><strong>KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:&nbsp;</strong>Minimal requirements for education, knowledge and experience:</p><ul><li>BSEE Degree with 5-10 years post graduate industry&nbsp;experience.</li><li>Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology.
