          "text": "<p>Reporting to the Assistant Director of Rooms, the Room Attendant plays a key role in delivering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests. This position requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to high service standards. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Provide consistently professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests</li><li>Clean and service assigned guest rooms, suites, and public areas in accordance with hotel standards</li><li>Perform a full range of housekeeping duties, including:<ul><li>Making beds and changing linens</li><li>Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures</li><li>Vacuuming carpets and cleaning floors</li><li>Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms</li><li>Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces</li><li>Removing trash and used items from rooms</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Replenishing guest room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities</li><li>Inspecting rooms to ensure cleanliness, proper setup, and functionality of all equipment</li><li>Reporting maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate department</li><li>Maintaining housekeeping carts, storage areas, and linen closets in an organized and clean manner</li><li>Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals</li><li>Respecting guest privacy and security, ensuring confidentiality at all times</li><li>Responding promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors</li><li>Assisting with special cleaning projects, deep cleaning tasks, and room preparations as needed</li></ul>",
