They deliver direct and meaningful impact to our customers and R&amp;D teams.</p>\n<p>What will you do:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Leading new infrastructure initiatives and problem-solving from requirements to delivery in the main components of our system</li>\n <li>Writing reliable, efficient, secure, and scalable code.</li>\n <li>Addressing software challenges at the forefront of today's technology, optimizing, and putting emphasis on performance and security.</li>\n <li>Driving the team's technical roadmap and mentoring more junior developers.</li>\n <li>Collaborating with different teams, to identify areas where infrastructure initiatives could contribute to our development efficiency and scalability</li>\n <li>Communicating with our customers and leaving a favorable impact.</li>\n <li>Being an integral part of our thriving culture and taking an active part in the constant improvement process.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Do what you love</strong></p>\n<p>To be successful in this role you will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Have 5+ Years of software development experience</li>\n <li>Have experience in E2E design and implementation of features as part of large-scale backend and infrastructure projects</li>\n <li>Have experience in Backend Development using Python, Go, or equivalent languages</li>\n <li>Have an understanding of Networking and Network Security</li>\n <li>Have experience working with Linux-based systems</li>\n <li>Have experience in high-scale production environments</li>\n <li>Have experience working with Cloud environments</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Build your career at Akamai</strong></p>\n<p>Our ability to shape digital life today relies on developing exceptional people like you.
