Salary range: $75,000-80,000 Town and Country Resort is a 23‑acre California icon in bustling Mission Valley, blending mid‑century style with modern SoCal energy. With 671 renovated guestrooms and suites, multiple dining outlets—including ARLO, Lapper, Lap It Up, and The MRKT—plus 295,050 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space and a sprawling pool complex featuring three pools, a waterslide, cabanas, and fire pits, we’re built for both everyday escapes and large‑scale gatherings. We pride ourselves on warm, genuine hospitality, memorable experiences, and a vibrant, guest‑focused culture that feels unmistakably Southern California. Drive revenue by identifying upsell opportunities and maximizing event potential. Manage event details including contracts, timelines, room setups, and service flow. Be the go-to problem solver on event days—cool under pressure, quick on your feet. Maintain accuracy in billing, proposals, and internal systems. Qualifications What You Bring A natural ability to connect with people and turn conversations into partnerships. Strong experience in catering, events, or hospitality. Strong organizational skills—you juggle details like a pro and don’t drop the ball. Confidence in managing multiple events at once while keeping quality high.
