Description

Location: North Dakota, Minnesota & South Dakota (travel required between job sites) Position Summary Custom Agri Systems Inc. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Concrete Construction Laborer to assist with the preparation, placement, and finishing of concrete foundations and flatwork for grain bins, grain handling systems, and agricultural facilities. This position plays a critical role in ensuring foundations are built to specification and meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is physically capable, safety-focused, and able to work effectively as part of a construction team while maintaining positive relationships with customers and project stakeholders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, excavation, grading, and foundation layout for grain bin projects. Build, set, and remove concrete forms. Place, tie, and install reinforcing steel, anchor bolts, and embedded materials according to project specifications. Assist with pouring, placing, screeding, finishing, and curing concrete. Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively. Assist with material handling, loading, unloading, and job site organization. Measure and verify dimensions, elevations, and layouts as directed by supervisors. Maintain clean and safe work areas throughout all phases of construction. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Communicate professionally with customers and represent the company positively at job sites. Perform other duties as assigned.
