Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We’re seeking a future team member for the role <strong>Specialist, Fund/Client Accounting ll,&nbsp;</strong>to join our <span style=\"font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;\"><strong>Integrated Middle Office Solutions</strong></span></span> team. This role is located in <strong>Los Angeles, CA.</strong></p><p><br><strong>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all work within the team.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensuring adherence to BNY standard policies, procedures and controls at all times.&nbsp;</li><li>Managing the basket production workflow to service multiple clients/funds.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensuring client concerns/requests are addressed as soon as possible and within an agreed timeframe.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist, as required, with planning, testing and implementation of internal and client driven projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation and evidence for operational steps, approvals, and communications.</li><li>Serve as a primary operational contact for clients and APs on collateral logistics and settlement readiness.</li><li>Operate within defined control frameworks, dual‑control processes, and approval checkpoints.</li><li>Regularly interact with stakeholders to answer questions and resolve issues regarding fund balances and processes.</li><li>Prepare operational artifacts and hand‑offs for Approver sign‑off; maintain complete records.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>2-5 years of total work experience preferred.</li><li>ETF Baskets experience is desired.</li><li>Strong understanding of in‑kind ETF creation/redemption process is desired.</li><li>Ability to prioritize, manage exceptions, and make risk‑aware decisions under time constraints.</li><li>Can demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Can demonstrate strong attention to detail, control mindset, and documentation rigor.</li><li>Can communicate any significant operational issues that arise to Manager&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AI tools are desirable.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Ability to be flexible and work effectively both within a team structure and independently.</li><li>Experience in Fund Accounting, Custody or Middle Office.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:</p><p>BNY Newsroom</p><p>BNY LinkedIn</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Here’s a few of our recent awards:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025</li><li>World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025</li><li>“Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Our Benefits and Rewards:</strong></p><p>BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
