    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Seeking an experienced Quality Management System (QMS) professional to drive and strengthen organizational quality systems within an automotive manufacturing environment. The role will be responsible for deploying QMS frameworks, ensuring compliance with quality standards, leading audits, managing documentation systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operational domains.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in automotive quality systems, auditing methodologies, regulatory compliance requirements, and manufacturing quality processes, particularly within vehicle and powertrain environments.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead Quality Management System (QMS) implementation and governance in alignment with organizational quality policies and industry standards.</li>\n <li>Deploy QMS standards across functional domains and ensure training, awareness, and implementation.</li>\n <li>Assess QMS maturity levels through field evaluations and operational assessments.</li>\n <li>Identify audit requirements based on customer risks, regulatory obligations, and business priorities.</li>\n <li>Plan and execute annual audit programs including:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Quality Management System Audits (ISO/IATF)</li>\n   <li>Start of Production (SOP) Readiness Audits</li>\n   <li>Conformity of Production Audits</li>\n   <li>Process and Special Audits</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Drive closure of audit observations and non-conformities through corrective and preventive action management.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with external certification and regulatory bodies for certification audits and compliance activities.</li>\n <li>Manage centralized QMS documentation repositories and document control processes.</li>\n <li>Facilitate documentation review meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Coordinate preparation and submission of periodic QMS performance summaries and management reports.</li>\n <li>Support implementation and compliance of Laboratory Management Systems where applicable.</li>\n <li>Monitor quality metrics and generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly quality dashboards.</li>\n <li>Promote continuous improvement initiatives and drive quality culture across business functions.</li>\n <li>Support organizational transformation initiatives related to quality excellence and operational maturity.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>B.E./B. Tech or M.E/ M. Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Production and Industrial Engineering</p>\n<h2>Essential skills</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong knowledge of:\n  <ul>\n   <li>IATF 16949</li>\n   <li>ISO 9001</li>\n   <li>Automotive Quality Management Systems</li>\n   <li>Audit Planning and Execution</li>\n   <li>CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)</li>\n   <li>Manufacturing Quality Processes</li>\n   <li>Documentation and Compliance Management</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Understanding of vehicle manufacturing and propulsion systems (engine/transmission processes preferred).</li>\n <li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in quality reporting and management review mechanisms.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Desired skills</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Exposure to laboratory management systems.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of automotive manufacturing quality frameworks and process audits.</li>\n <li>Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.</li>\n <li>Experience driving organizational quality transformation initiatives.</li>\n <li>Coaching and mentoring capabilities.</li>\n <li>Ability to influence stakeholders and drive quality culture.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Experience</h2>\n<p>3 to 6 years</p>",
