If you're looking to join a supportive team that supports your growth and development, we invite you to apply today. </p>\n<h2>Highlights of your role</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Manage strategic supplier partnerships, including performance, development, and ongoing relationship management </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Lead contract management activities and support negotiation of key business terms with suppliers </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Execute sourcing strategies for assigned commodities, ensuring alignment with business objectives </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Analyze supplier performance and provide recommendations to improve cost, quality, delivery, and overall value </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Maintain and manage the approved supplier panel by incorporating stakeholder feedback and performance data </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing activities with business needs and priorities </p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or a related field </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>7-10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, leadership, project management, or a related field </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills including contract-related  experience </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Ability to analyze inventory usage and supplier performance to inform sourcing decisions </p></li>\n <li>Strong contract negotiation skills, including structuring, negotiating, and finalizing enterprise-level commodity agreements while managing risk and ensuring compliance is preferred </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Also want to make sure you have</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Strong computer skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office products </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Purchasing process and systems knowledge </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders </p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin</h2>\n<p>From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
