    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Main Purposes of Role</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>To work with individuals and groups to promote optimum mental health</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Key Accountabilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>To provide various outpatient mental health services with the goal of patient recovery</li>\n<li><br>To conduct intakes and monitor individual, group and family therapies</li>\n<li><br>To develop service plans and conduct reviews as needed through the duration of treatment</li>\n<li><br>To complete and maintain documentation according to HIPAA compliant guidelines</li>\n<li><br>To maintain appointment schedule and appropriate case notes in Theranest<br></li>\n<li><br><span>To attend case conferences and collaborate with other mental health providers or educational institutions</span></li>\n<li><br><span>To submit documentation regarding regulatory paperwork (i.e., CPAM) in a timely manner</span></li>\n<li><br>To attend regular meetings with your supervisor</li>\n<li><br><span>To participate in community based mental health initiatives</span></li>\n<li><br><span>To participate in continuing education</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Personal Specifications:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Qualifications</p>\n<p><span>·        </span>Master’s degree, or higher, in Psychology, Counseling or related field</p>\n<p><span>·        </span>Must be registered with the Cayman Islands Council for Professions Allied with Medicine (CPAM)</p>\n<p><span>·        </span>Must be licensed in your home country in the area of psychology, clinical social work, or related field</p>\n<p>Experience</p>\n<p><span>·        </span>Substantial and successful experience supporting individuals with a wide range of abilities and needs</p>\n<p><span>·        </span>At least 5 years clinical experience</p>\n<p>Skills/ Qualities</p>\n<p><span>·        </span>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines</p>\n<p><span>·        </span>Maintains the confidentiality of privileged information</p>\n<p><span>·        </span>Maintains acceptable attendance record and is punctual</p>\n<p><span>·        </span>Ability to gather, analyze and interpret data for effective target setting</p>\n<p><span>·        </span>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</p>\n<p><span>·        </span>Ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and provide support through coaching</p>\n<p>Disposition</p>\n<p><span>·        </span>Commitment to carry out the mission and vision of Hope Academy</p>\n<p><span>·        </span>To be interested in young people, how they learn and in developing ways of removing barriers to learning</p>\n<p><span>·        </span>To believe in the importance of team work and a collaborative approach</p>\n<p><span>·        </span>To maintain a warm and approachable manner towards staff and students</p>",
