You will interact daily with customers as their technical lead in configurations and service implementation as well as interfacing with the PenTeleData Sales team. You will interact with a range of Cisco products and services to provide the solutions our customers are looking for.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Minimum 3 Years experience in related field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Valid PA Driver's License and good driving record</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Established residency in Pennsylvania</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">The technical, or “hard skills” we need run the gamut:<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Basic networking knowledge including understanding of the TCP/IP protocols, subnetting, IPv6</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Basic understanding of IP routing (Static and BGP)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Some understanding of how an HFC network operates from the data side</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with DHCP and how it works.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to present facts and ideas verbally and written in a logical, sequential, and understandable manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to remain technical while using layman terms with non-technical customers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Some experience with Cisco CLI (IOS, XE, XR) languages and WebUIs (ASDM, CCP)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
